CNC Machinist – Milling (Aerospace)
Portland, CT.  1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 7am–3:30pm) 

What would it feel like to operate CNC machines that create precision aerospace parts - where every cut, measurement, and setup matters to aircraft performance?

This is a full production CNC Machinist role. Only apply if you meet the minimum requirements - you must have real CNC machining and production experience.

What You’ll Do: 

• Operate CNC machines to produce tight-tolerance aerospace components

• Read blueprints and GD&T to plan and execute precise machining

• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools to verify dimensions

• Maintain equipment, production records, and quality standards

• Assist with setups and ensure consistent production flow

What You Must Have

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience (aerospace preferred)

• Strong understanding of GD&T and shop math (fractions, ratios, percentages)

• Skilled using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, depth gauges, and size blocks

• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and reliable

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Setup experience is a plus

Pay & Benefits

• $19.50 – $31/hour (based on experience)
