Job Title: CNC Machinist – MRO (3rd Shift)
Location: West Chester, OH 45069
Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: $23.27/hr (1st Shift Base) / $27.23/hr (3rd Shift with 17% Differential)
Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Training: 1st Shift (First day report time: 8:45 AM)

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to support a fast-paced MRO manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical machining experience, the ability to troubleshoot processes, and a commitment to producing high-quality, precision parts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read, interpret, and apply machining processes to ensure consistent, high-quality part production
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including offsets, tooling adjustments, and fixturing
- Perform first article inspections using standard shop gauging and inspection tools
- Conduct visual inspections and ensure proper process flow
- Troubleshoot machining and process issues, working with Manufacturing Engineering
- Assist team members with inspections and process improvements
- Meet and exceed production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance as required
- Support Lean and 5S initiatives
- Cross-train and support additional duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 4+ years of CNC machining experience
- Strong knowledge of machine shop practices and operations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient with precision measuring instruments
- Experience with CNC equipment (Okuma, Haas, Nakamura, etc. preferred)
- Working knowledge of Mastercam (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
