CNC Machinist (Level 3/4)
Pay: $27.00 $37.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73108
Shift: Monday Friday | 7: 00 AM 4: 00 PM (mandatory overtime & Saturdays)

Position Overview
The CNC Machinist (Level 3/4) is responsible for setting up and operating CNC mill machines to produce precision aerospace components. This CNC Machinist (Level 3/4) role involves advanced machining, troubleshooting, and maintaining tight tolerances in a high-quality production environment. The ideal CNC Machinist (Level 3/4) is experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.

Required Experience & Skills
3 5+ years of CNC machining experience (Level 3/4)
Strong experience with machine setup and troubleshooting
Experience operating CNC mills (3, 4, and 5 axis)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience maintaining tight tolerances
Proficiency with tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC milling machines
Perform tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
Maintain production efficiency while ensuring quality standards
Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with machines such as YCM, Haas, Okuma, or Kitamura
Experience in aerospace manufacturing environments
Wood router experience a plus

Work Environment
Temperature-controlled aerospace manufacturing facility
Precision-driven environment requiring high accuracy and consistency
Overtime and weekend work required to meet production demands
