We are seeking dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Operators/Machinist to join our dynamic team in Holly and Howell, Michigan. As a key player in our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality products. Shift: 2nd
Locations: Holly, MI (direct hire) and Howell, MI (contract-hire)
Responsibilities
- Operate roller machines to produce products according to specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal output
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Document production processes and report any issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus
- Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
