Pay: $30 - $33 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Full Job Description
Team360 Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Set Machinist in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for a skilled machinist who's confident setting up CNC equipment, proving out programs, and supporting production teams on the floor.
Responsibilities
- Set up CNC machines, tooling, fixtures, and offsets
- Verify and prove out CNC programs
- Inspect first-piece parts and make adjustments as needed
- Support production machinists and troubleshoot issues
- Read blueprints and GD&T, and use precision measuring tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of CNC setup experience
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Experience with CNC controls, tooling, and precision inspection
- AS9100 experience is a plus
- Composite toe boots/shoes (steel toe not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
