We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team in Alliance, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with a strong background in programming and operating CNC machines.
You will be working with a company known for its high-quality, precision manufacturing. In this role, youll be responsible for all aspects of CNC machining, from programming to machine setup and operation. Your experience in a fast-paced, high-mix job shop environment will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities
Program CNC machines using GibbsCAM
Operate CNC Mills or Lathes safely and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Determine the sequence of operations and recommend tooling
Perform machine setup and make program edits for optimal machining performance
Work from start to finish on machining projects
Minimum Requirements
At least 5 years experience programming GibbsCAM CNC
Minimum of 2 years experience operating CNC Mills or Lathes
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
Strong understanding of G-Code programming
Experience working in a high-mix, job shop environment
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with 2D CAD and SolidWorks
Knowledge of tooling and machining processes
Preferred Education and Experience
Technical training or certification in CNC machining or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Other Requirements
Must be able to work on-site
Metalworking or manufacturing certifications preferred
