We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate and program 3-axis milling machines and lathe machines, managing both one-off custom parts and large batch production. This role involves routine machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Program, set-up, and run CNC lathes and mills.
Perform quality inspections to ensure product accuracy
Read and interpret blueprints for precise manufacturing
Handle materials safely and efficiently
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly
Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in CNC machining
2+ years of programming. Preferably using Mastercam
