CNC Machinist/Programmer

CNC Programmer/Machinist – Fraser, MI

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our close-knit team where your contributions are valued and your expertise has a direct impact on our success.

In this role, you will take ownership of the complete machining process on Mazak and Fanuc Robodrill CNC mills, including programming, setup, and production. Responsibilities include creating CNC programs using SolidWorks CAD/CAM, interpreting blueprints and GD&T requirements, setting up tooling and fixtures, performing inspections, making offsets and process adjustments, troubleshooting machining issues, and maintaining equipment. You'll play a key role in producing complex, tight-tolerance components while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: • 8+ years of CNC mill programming and machining experience

• Strong SolidWorks CAD/CAM programming skills

• Experience with Mazak and Fanuc Robodrill machines

• Proficiency reading blueprints and applying GD&T principles

• Experience with machine setup, offsets, and proving out programs

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements preferred

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and pride in workmanship

Pay: $27-$35/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: First Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
