CNC Machinist/Programmer (Hubbard) NOW HIRING 1st shift Weekly Pay
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist and Programmer to join our team in Hubbard, Ohio. Hours: First shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay: $24-$28 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Work from verbal instructions, drawings, blueprints, sketches, bills of material, and cutting lists
Set up, adjust, and operate multi-torch, hand torch, and oxygen-acetylene flame cutting equipment
Use drawings to determine how cuts should be made
Perform simple cleaning and maintenance operations on equipment
Report abnormal conditions of equipment to supervision
Observe all safety rules and keep the work area clean and organized
Minimum Requirements:
Mechanically inclined
Reliable and dependable
1+ years experience operating programmable oxy/fuel and plasma burn tables (plus)
Experience reading blueprints (plus)
Ability to read a tape measure
Strong mathematical skills
Open-minded with a willingness to learn company processes
Willing to work any shift
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
Other Requirements:
Respond quickly to sounds and visual cues
Recognize and respond to dangerous situations
