Key Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC machines
Run jobs independently from setup through final production
Manufacture precision-machined parts to tight tolerances and specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T
Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize production performance
Recommend improvements to tooling, processes, and workflow efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate tooling and material requirements to management
Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist and/or CNC Programmer
Strong hands-on experience with HAAS controls (or similar CNC systems)
Experience with CAM software such as Fusion 360, Mastercam, or equivalent
Solid understanding of:
Cutting tools
Speeds and feeds
Machining various materials
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T principles
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
