Job Details

Set up and operate CNC 5 Axis Mills, CNC Lathes, and Wire EDM machines for complex and custom parts
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
Adjust offsets, tooling, and fixtures to maintain tight tolerances
Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators)
Troubleshoot issues with programs, setups, or tooling
Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S principles
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical challenges
