Sets up and operates a variety of machines in machine shop, including but not limited to; milling, turning, drilling, grinding etc. Able to work to close tolerances working from drawings with little or no guidance.Primary Duties & Responsibilities* Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines)* Load programs, install tooling, and set work offsets* Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions* Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments* Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)* Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting* Maintain accurate production and inspection records* Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures* Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and supervisors to improve processesExperience & Education* Previous manufacturing experience (3+ years)* Willingness to learn* CNC programming experience (G-code, Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.)* Experience with tight tolerances and high-precision parts* Knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and materials* Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experienceIf you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
