All products are taken from cradle to grave, designed, prototyped, and manufactured at their 13-acre 90,000 sq. ft. headquarters. They utilize the latest technology in the machining industry to meet each client's needs and ideas. In this position, you will work on set up and operation of HAAS and Doosan 3-4 axis mills, lathes with live tooling, and more.
 
Options for 1st shift (6:30AM - 3PM) and 2nd shift (2:30 PM-11 PM). While ensuring a comfortable work-life balance, some overtime opportunities are also available.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate mill turns, 3-4 axis mills, and/or lathes with live tooling
  • Edit programs at the machine
  • Perform inspections to ensure conformance of specifications
  • Interpret blueprints for specifications such as dimensions, tolerance & instructions
  • Select and secure holding fixtures, tools, etc
  • Perform daily maintenance of machines
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years previous experience in operating CNC Mill Turn machines (or strong mills and lathe exp)
  • Experience editing programs at the machine (Fanuc & HAAS controls)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Knowledge and use of measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to learn and grow with the company
