Shift: 2nd shift | 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

CNC Machinist Requirements: Built for Precision

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC machinery
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and performing quality inspections
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of CNC machine setup, tooling, and basic machine maintenance preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable attendance and strong commitment to workplace safety

Your Everyday Hustle

You'll spend your day setting up, running, and fine-tuning CNC machinery to keep production moving. You'll read blueprints, verify tolerances, and inspect every piece for precision. Whether it's adjusting offsets or performing quick maintenance, you'll make sure each shift runs smoothly and safely like a CNC pro.

• Operate CNC and laser cutting machines to manufacture parts according to specifications
• Load raw materials, tooling, fixtures, and machine programs into equipment
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments or report issues as needed
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy
• Deburr and finish parts according to specification requirements
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cutting tool changeovers
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and standard operating procedures
• Accurately record production data and maintain required documentation
• Follow ISO, AS, MS, and company quality standards and procedures
• Adapt to changing production priorities while supporting a safe, team-oriented work environment
