About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to engineering drawings.
- Conduct quality checks using precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machinery and processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining or related field.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with CNC programming and setup (G-code knowledge is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
