We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist Operator who takes pride in precision work and is motivated to grow their machining career. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Set up CNC machines using setup sheets and job instructions
- Load and unload parts while maintaining production flow
- Inspect parts using measuring tools and inspection checklists
- Make offsets and adjustments to maintain tolerances
- Read and interpret part drawings and blueprints
- Edit programs at the machine or workstation as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision
- Identify and troubleshoot machining or quality issues
Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of machining experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and understand part geometry
- Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
- Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Experience with offsets, setup, and basic program edits
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Comfortable working independently
- Knowledge of geometric and trigonometric concepts is a plus
