Immediately Seeking! – CNC Machinist

Competitive Pay | 1st Shift: 6 am - 4 pm | 2nd Shift: 4:30 pm - 2:30 am | Monday - Thursday | Friday & Saturday OT available | Training Provided | Long-Term Career Opportunity

Join a stable manufacturing team where you can build a long-term career! We are seeking dependable individuals to set up, operate, and monitor CNC machine tools while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. No prior experience is necessary — on-the-job training is provided!

What You’ll Do:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machine tools
  • Load parts and ensure machines are running efficiently
  • Make simple machine edits and set offsets as needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Inspect finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracy
  • Document production levels and dimensional data accurately
  • Use SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods for continuous improvement
  • Detect equipment issues and report malfunctions to supervisors
  • Deburr finished parts and inspect for conformance to specifications
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Operate forklifts or lifting devices to move materials and parts
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and procedures

What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Manual dexterity for operating machinery and computers
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Manufacturing or CNC experience is helpful, but not required
