We are seeking dependable individuals to set up, operate, and monitor CNC machine tools while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. No prior experience is necessary on-the-job training is provided!
What Youll Do:- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machine tools
- Load parts and ensure machines are running efficiently
- Make simple machine edits and set offsets as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracy
- Document production levels and dimensional data accurately
- Use SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods for continuous improvement
- Detect equipment issues and report malfunctions to supervisors
- Deburr finished parts and inspect for conformance to specifications
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
- Operate forklifts or lifting devices to move materials and parts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and procedures
What Were Looking For:- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Manual dexterity for operating machinery and computers
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Manufacturing or CNC experience is helpful, but not required
