Responsibilities:
As a CNC Machinist, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Interpreting technical drawings and executing the production process accordingly.
2. Operating CNC machinery, with a particular focus on lathe operation.
3. Ensuring that all parts are machined to exact specifications, maintaining our company's high standards for quality.
4. Selecting and setting up the appropriate tools for each job, demonstrating your expertise in tooling.
5. Conducting regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
6. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the manufacturing process and finding effective solutions.
7. Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve our processes and products.
8. Adhering to all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
2. Extensive knowledge of milling, mill-turn, and lathe operations.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.
5. Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality products.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
7. A strong understanding of health and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
8. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
