Description for CNC Machinist:

• Program, set up, and operate 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling centers.
• Set up and run CNC turning lathes (experience with live tooling is a strong plus).
• Masterfully interpret complex engineering blueprints, drawings, and strict GD&T standards.
• Independently select ideal tooling networks, calculate feeds/speeds, and design work-holding strategies.
• Conduct regular quality checks using mics and calipers to maintain flawless technical tolerances.

Details for CNC Machinist:

• Pay Range: $28.00 – $36.00 / hour (DOE).
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime options available).
• Location: Tacoma, WA area.

Requirements for CNC Machinist:

• Prior experience as a multi-axis CNC Machinist within an aerospace environment required.
• Proven ability to build toolpaths and machine programs cleanly from scratch.
• Hands-on comfort setting up and running both CNC mills and CNC lathes.
• Excellent personal attendance history and a strict commitment to industrial safety.
