CNC Machinist

Shift and Pay:
1st shift : 7 am - 3:30 pm
2nd shift : 3:30 pm - 12 am
*Both shifts are Monday through Friday
$27- $33/hr based on experience
MUST HAVE : Set up experience on either a 5 axis mill, twin spindle or twin turret lathe machine
Responsibilities
  • Set up/operate 3-5 axis CNC mills & lathes (twin spindle/turret, mill-turn)
  • Run and monitor programs; make minor M & G code edits
  • Read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
  • Adjust offsets, speeds, feeds to maintain quality
  • Troubleshoot tooling, finish, and dimensional issues
Qualifications
  • Multi-axis CNC setup experience (mill or lathe)
  • Experience with 5-axis and twin spindle equipment
  • Able to read programs (Mastercam, Fusion, etc.)
  • Strong blueprint & GD&T knowledge

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
