Schedule:Morning Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PMAfternoon sift: Monday – Thursday | 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay:

Competitive hourly pay
- $1.00 shift differential
Overtime (40+ hours) paid at time and a half

Position OverviewA well-established manufacturing company is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their team. This position is responsible for operating CNC mill machines and assisting with laser cutting equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines and drills independently
Load and unload metal materials
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Measure and verify parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Perform routine maintenance on machines
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assist with inventory as needed

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
4+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
Knowledge of metal fabrication processes

Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs
