About the Role: Join State Brass Foundry & Machine as a CNC Machinist. As part our manufacturing team, you will operate advanced CNC machinery to produce high-quality components that exceed our customers' expectations.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate components according to specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
Monitor machine operations and adjust settings for optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Conduct quality control checks to verify product integrity and precision.
Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
