Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join a manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. This role offers a wide pay range based on experience level, making it an excellent opportunity for both developing machinists with setup experience and highly experienced CNC professionals who can program, troubleshoot, and operate independently.

Required Experience & Skills
CNC machining experience REQUIRED(pay based on skill level)
Ability to set up CNC machines for production runs
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications
Experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Experience with CNC programming, editing, and autonomous machine operation preferred for higher-level roles
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Set up CNC machines for production jobs
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications
Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and production accuracy
Perform quality inspections to ensure finished parts meet specifications
Write and edit CNC programs(higher-level machinist roles)
Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
Monitor production runs for consistency and efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Work Environment
Industrial machining / manufacturing environment
Exposure to CNC machinery, cutting tools, production equipment, oils, noise, and active operations
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
