What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
• Produce precision-machined parts to blueprint specifications
• Make machine offsets and basic program edits as needed
• Perform tool changes and setup adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor machining and setup issues to keep production running efficiently
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience with mills, lathes, or both
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Setup experience preferred
• Operators with editing capabilities are encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and solid work ethic

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift – Day Shift
• 2nd Shift – Shift Differential Available
• Weekend Shift – Full-Time Hours in Fewer Days
