Salary Range: $30.00 - $35.00/HR Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits

A machining firm in Twinsburg, Ohio is recruiting a skilled CNC Machinist. In this role, you will setup, operate, and perform manual program edits on Haas CNC mills and lathes. If you have a strong background in reading G-code, working with tight tolerances, and running precision CNC equipment, this is an excellent full-time opportunity with full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Read G-code and perform manual program modifications directly on machine control panels.
• Setup and operate Haas CNC vertical/horizontal mills and CNC lathes.
• Adjust speeds, feeds, tool callouts, and machine offsets to maintain strict part tolerances.
• Accurately read and interpret technical blueprints, GD&T symbols, engineering drawings, and sketches.
• Utilize micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and bore gauges to inspect finished precision parts.
• Report production progress, cycle times, and technical issues directly to shop management.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation while strictly following industrial safety regulations and 5S protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Strong, proven background operating Haas CNC mills and lathes.
• Independent CNC machine setup experience is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to read G-code and execute manual program edits.
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours per shift and repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and a 10-panel drug screen.
