We're hiring CNC Machinists for our aerospace and defense machine shop in Walnut, CA.
We machine frames and structural components for defense platforms–true large-format work, on parts most machinists never get their hands on.
If your fundamentals are strong, we'll train you on large-format Cincinnati gantry mills, 5-axis machining centers, and supporting CNC mills and lathes.
Why Join Us
Hone your craft: Get trained up on large-format gantry machining that few shops can offer
High-impact work: Frames and structural components for high-stakes defense platforms
Financial impact: Guaranteed 45-hour weeks, additional overtime, night shift differential
Setups: Load and verify programs, tools, offsets, and fixtures from setup sheets
Machining: Set up and operate CNC milling and turning centers, including large-format work
Dimensional Accuracy: Adjust machine parameters, offsets, and tooling to hold tight tolerances
Blueprints & GD&T: Work from complex aerospace prints and customer specifications
Inspection: Precise measurement with calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments
What You'll Run
Equipment: Large-format gantry mills, 5-axis machining centers, and supporting CNC mills and lathes
Brands: Cincinnati large-format machines
Parts: Frames and structural components for defense platforms
You don't need large-format or gantry experience. If you're a 3, 4, or 5-axis machinist with strong fundamentals and solid setup skills, we'll train you on the big machines.
