Precision Machinist
We are seeking a motivated Precision Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing tight-tolerance, high-precision components used in mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities
Blueprint & Print Interpretation
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications
- Ensure all work is completed according to detailed engineering requirements
Machine Setup & Operation
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Swiss CNC machines including Tornos, Nakamura, and Star systems with bar feeders
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments as needed
- Maintain optimal machine performance and utilization while producing high-quality parts
Quality & Inspection
- Inspect finished components to ensure compliance with tight tolerances and quality standards
- Identify and address deviations in collaboration with quality and engineering teams
Continuous Improvement
- Support ongoing efforts to improve machining efficiency, process stability, and product quality
- Participate in problem-solving and process optimization initiatives
Team Support
- Collaborate with team members to support daily shop operations and production goals
- Contribute to a positive, safety-focused, and accountable work environment
