CNC Machinist (Lathe) – Coupling Production

$24/HR | 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)Wheatland, PA

Revere Staffing is looking for Coupling CNC Operators to support a high-production manufacturing facility in Wheatland, PA. This is a hands-on CNC Lathe role focused on machining precision couplings used in industrial applications.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of CNC Lathe experience (preferred)
  • Experience with setups, tooling changes, and offsets
  • Strong experience with precision measuring tools:
    • Calipers, micrometers, thread gauges
  • Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
  • Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting ability

Work Environment

  • Industrial manufacturing facility
  • Exposure to machinery, noise, oils, and production materials
  • PPE required at all times

Physical Requirements

  • Standing for extended periods
  • Lifting up to 45 lbs occasionally
  • Frequent use of hands, reaching, and bending

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Operate CNC Lathe machines to produce precision couplings
  • Perform machine setup and tear-down (tooling, inserts, offsets)
  • Make adjustments to maintain production and quality standards
  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and thread gauges
  • Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
  • Modify or input pre-set CNC programs as needed
  • Perform routine machine maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Communicate issues with tooling, materials, or equipment
