CNC Mill Machinist

Job summary:

This role supports a high-precision manufacturing operation producing critical industrial components used in demanding applications. The organization emphasizes in-house expertise, tight tolerances, and disciplined processes, offering experienced machinists the opportunity to work on complex, high-value parts while contributing to a culture focused on technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

* Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components.
* Interpret blueprints and technical documentation to determine machining sequence, dimensions, and tolerances.
* Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and work-holding devices.
* Perform drilling, milling, boring, turning, and secondary machining operations.
* Monitor machining processes, adjust parameters, and troubleshoot issues.
* Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
* Identify material defects and follow quality procedures.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 5years of machining experience including working with CNC Mills
* Must be available to work onsite in Rancocas, Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm
* Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
* Working knowledge of CNC machining concepts and tooling.
* Familiarity with quality standards and inspection methods.
* Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook).
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and meet physical demands.
* Willingness to work overtime as needed.
* Availability to work a standard first-shift, daytime schedule.

Preferences:

* Experience with overhead or jib cranes.
* Familiarity with forklifts, scissor lifts, or boom lifts.
