Position Overview
We''re looking for skilled Machinists to join our growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for an experienced machinist with a strong background in grinding and milling, who enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges and producing precision components for the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment.
Perform precision grinding and milling operations on aerospace components.
Operate and troubleshoot multi-axis machining equipment, including:
5-axis grinding machines
3-axis CNC milling machines
Multi-axis conventional machining equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
Make tooling and offset adjustments to maintain production and quality standards.
Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Quality teams to improve manufacturing processes.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
