Position Overview
We are currently hiring dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associates for a growing production facility in the Villa Rica / Douglasville area. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, attendance, and safety are top priorities.
Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform assembly and production tasks according to work instructions and specifications
Operate hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect parts and materials during and after production to ensure quality standards are met
Assist with secondary operations as needed to complete finished products
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines
Communicate any production issues, defects, or delays to supervisors
Support production goals and meet daily output expectations
Assist team members and leadership as needed to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Requirements
Background check required
Drug screening required (10-panel)
Steel-toe boots required
Must be able to work scheduled hours consistently
