• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and Wire EDM machines; experience with Makino equipment is a plus.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>

• Program or edit G‑code and conversational programs directly at the machine.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Set up parts, including selecting, mounting, and aligning tools, attachments, and workpieces.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure compliance with prints.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC and EDM equipment.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Complete production documentation including routing sheets and material tracking forms.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
