CNC Machinists & Operators - Multiple Shifts

TekPro is partnered with a growing precision manufacturing company in Blaine, MN that is expanding its CNC machining team. We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists, Setup Machinists, and CNC Operators for direct-hire opportunities across multiple shifts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment to manufacture high-precision components.

• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and adjustments for production runs.

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, setup sheets, and work instructions.

• Inspect parts throughout the machining process using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.

• Make necessary machine and tooling adjustments to maintain dimensional requirements and part quality.

• Monitor machining operations and troubleshoot basic production or tooling issues.

• Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to meet customer specifications.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.

What We're Looking For

• Previous CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment.

• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machining equipment.

• CNC setup experience is highly preferred for higher-level machinist openings.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand dimensional tolerances.

• Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment.

• Comfortable performing tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Experience with Fanuc-controlled equipment, Haas, Doosan, Okuma, or similar CNC machinery is a plus.

• 5-axis machining experience is a plus but not required for all openings.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–2:30 AM + 10% shift premium

• Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM + 25% shift premium
