We're working with a growing aerospace manufacturer that is expanding its machining team and looking for skilled CNC Machinists on both 1st and 2nd shift. - 3, 4, or 5-Axis Machining
- Machine Setup
- CNC Programming (for select openings)
What You'll Be Doing
- Set up and operate CNC equipment to manufacture complex aerospace components
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
- Verify part quality using precision measuring instruments
- Produce parts to exact specifications and tight tolerances
- Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- Previous CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read blueprints and work from technical drawings
- Experience maintaining close tolerances and quality standards
- Aerospace, defense, medical, or other precision-machining experience is highly valued
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $25–$40/hr (based on experience)
- Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift Available
- Type: Direct Hire
