Job Summary:
CNC Machinist and Programmer. This role focuses on producing precision-machined parts by transforming engineering designs into tangible components. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in both programming and operating advanced CNC machinery. Responsibilities include managing the entire machining process from programming toolpaths to final inspection in a rapid prototyping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Program and operate 5-axis and 3-axis CNC milling centers and lathes.
Develop toolpaths using CAM software from 3D CAD models and drawings.
Select optimal tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials.
Perform first-article inspections and iterate programs for required tolerances.
Collaborate with engineers on design for manufacturability feedback.

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of CNC machining experience with programming and operation.
Proficiency in CAM software like Mastercam, Fusion 360, or Siemens NX.
Experience machining diverse materials such as aluminum, steel, and plastics.

Industry Experience:

Experience in advanced manufacturing or R&D environments, particularly with rapid prototyping of hardware products, is highly desirable.
