Join Us as a CNC Maintenance and Reliability Technician

Picture your day: you start by verifying geometries on a vertical machining center, catching a micron-level deviation before it becomes scrap. Mid-morning, a 3-phase motor trips—your meter and schematics lead you straight to a failing contactor. After lunch, you rebuild a pump, swap a worn seal, and restore optimal coolant flow. You wrap up with preventive maintenance checks that keep our high-volume production on pace.

What You’ll Own

  • End-to-end upkeep of CNC equipment and related manufacturing assets to ensure maximum uptime
  • Independent diagnosis and correction of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults
  • Safe work on 3‑phase power distribution, motor control circuits, and related protection devices
  • Scheduled preventive maintenance for CNC machines and facility systems to prevent unplanned downtime
  • Fluent reading of electrical schematics and machine blueprints to guide efficient repairs
  • Confident, safe use of test instruments (including multimeters) for precise troubleshooting
  • Service and repair of pumps, including inspection and replacement of pump seals
  • Establish and verify machine geometries; perform alignments and corrections
  • Resolve machine control issues quickly to keep production moving
  • Maintain lubrication and coolant delivery systems; dial in machine adjustments as needed
  • Contribute to facility maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Adhere to safety protocols and sustain a clean, orderly work area

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Proven track record repairing CNC machine tools
  • Expertise with 3‑phase systems and motor controls troubleshooting
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Strong mechanical instincts and practical diagnostic skill
  • Competent and safe use of electrical test equipment and multimeters
  • Working knowledge of machine geometry, alignment, and adjustment practices
  • Preferred: pump repair experience, including seal replacement
  • Strong plus: Fanuc controls; comparable CNC control experience considered
  • Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
  • Clear communicator with reliable attendance and team mindset

Preferred Exposure

  • Fanuc CNC controls
  • Industrial electromechanical troubleshooting
  • Structured CNC PM programs
  • Facility and utilities maintenance in manufacturing
  • Servo motors, drives, and motion platforms
  • Fast-paced, high-volume production environments
