We’re partnering with a well-established precision manufacturing company in Fairfield County, CT that is looking for a CNC Maintenance & Facilities Technician—but this is more than just maintenance.

This is for someone who:
• Thrives on troubleshooting and solving complex problems
• Takes ownership of machine uptime and operational reliability
• Has a strong electrical background and enjoys hands-on work
• Wants to play a key role in keeping production moving without interruption
You’ll be:
• Troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines, with a focus on electrical and control systems
• Performing preventative maintenance on machines and facility equipment
• Diagnosing issues with wiring, sensors, controls, and electrical systems
• Coordinating major repairs with OEMs and third-party vendors
• Supporting production by minimizing downtime and responding quickly to issues
• Maintaining service logs, maintenance schedules, and equipment history
• Assisting with general facility maintenance (lighting, air systems, coolant systems, etc.)
• Identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term solutions

Full-time position
