    Description

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Maintenance Mechanic to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on CNC machining centers and other production equipment to maximize uptime and support production goals.

    The ideal candidate has strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, experience with CNC equipment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

    Requirements

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.
    • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication system issues.
    • Troubleshoot machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
    • Replace worn or damaged machine components.
    • Perform machine alignments and mechanical adjustments.
    • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
    • Assist with machine installations, relocations, and equipment upgrades.
    • Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
    • Work closely with production personnel to resolve equipment issues.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
    • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of industrial or CNC maintenance experience preferred.
    • Experience maintaining CNC lathes and machining centers.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude.
    • Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems.
    • Ability to use precision measuring tools and standard hand tools.
    • Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
    • Basic electrical troubleshooting experience is preferred.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
