HiFyve is hiring CNC Maintenance Technician in the Manufacturing industry

Salary: $23 – $28/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Location: Chaska, MN

This role supports manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machinery to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency. You’ll work with advanced manufacturing equipment supporting industries including aerospace, defense, medical, and high technology in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely manner

Assist with machine installations, upgrades, and equipment moves

Read and interpret machine manuals, schematics, and technical documents

Maintain maintenance logs and documentation

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of CNC maintenance or industrial maintenance experience

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals

Knowledge of CNC manufacturing equipment and preventative maintenance practices

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (due to defense contracts)
