CNC Maintenance Technician

Legacy Staffing is partnering with a leading precision manufacturing company in Hudson, Ohio to hire experienced CNC Maintenance Technicians.  This is for the overnight shift with a pay range of $35-40/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines to support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines and related production equipment 
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems 
• Troubleshoot CNC controls and PLC systems to minimize downtime 
• Replace or repair components such as motors, drives, bearings, and spindles 
• Support installation and commissioning of new CNC equipment 
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation 
• Follow all OSHA, safety, and maintenance procedures 

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of CNC maintenance or industrial maintenance experience 
• High School Diploma or GED 
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manuals 
• Strong experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting 
• Ability to work overnight shift in a manufacturing environment 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Technical or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance or Mechatronic 
• Hands on experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or similar CNC controls 
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs, drives, servos, and HMIs 
• OSHA safety training or maintenance certifications
