Legacy Staffing is partnering with a leading precision manufacturing company in Hudson, Ohio to hire experienced CNC Maintenance Technicians. This is for the overnight shift with a pay range of $35-40/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines to support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines and related production equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Troubleshoot CNC controls and PLC systems to minimize downtime
Replace or repair components such as motors, drives, bearings, and spindles
Support installation and commissioning of new CNC equipment
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Follow all OSHA, safety, and maintenance procedures
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of CNC maintenance or industrial maintenance experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manuals
Strong experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Ability to work overnight shift in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance or Mechatronic
Hands on experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or similar CNC controls
Experience troubleshooting PLCs, drives, servos, and HMIs
OSHA safety training or maintenance certifications
