While working remotely from home, or in the field at a customer location, Technicians must communicate effectively with customer to minimize stress and ensure customer satisfaction. Shall also converse with other technicians when working in tandem, place orders with parts department for parts replacements, and communicate with in house advanced technical support to tackle more advanced tasks in the field.
Regional travel required using company service vehicle.
