CNC Manual Machinist - 3000 Sign On Bonus

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a CNC Machinist or Manual Machinist.

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Apply safe working methods.
• Set-up, operate, and adjust various CNC machines.
• Machine to OEM specifications, maintaining tight tolerances.
• Perform a variety of associated functions to maintain continuous operation of the machines.
• Operate overhead cranes, jib cranes, grinders, hand tools, and precision measurement tools.
• Maintain required job skills and knowledge requirements.
• Maintain work area, equipment, and all documents/records to be audit ready at all times.
• Collaborates with team members in the creation, implementation, and training of standard work procedures.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school or certification in related discipline preferred.
• 3-5 years as a CNC machinist or Manual Machinist.
• Use of fine motor skills.
• Use of hand tools.
• Work in awkward positions and in tight spaces, including forward reach, lateral reach, squat, overhead reaching, twisting, and forward head and rotation of neck.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to read prints and use gauges for quality inspection.
