Job Description

·                     Optimize CNC programming for mills and lathes utilizing MasterCam software

·                     Design and develop tooling and fixtures using SolidWorks 3D CAD

·                     Troubleshoot machining issues and oversee production methods to drive continuous improvement

·                     Implement productivity improvements across manufacturing operations

·                     Collaborate closely with CNC programmers and production personnel to develop SOPs and detailed work instructions

·                     Drive initiatives to reduce scrap, cycle time, and rework across production processes

·                     Review part drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and quality

Key Requirements

·                     Proficiency in MasterCam for CNC programming and optimization

·                     Experience with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software for tooling and fixture design

·                     Demonstrated ability to develop and improve CNC machining processes

·                     Strong machining background with hands-on manufacturing expertise

·                     BS degree required
