Your First 90 Days
Days 1–30: Learn our parts, programs, and standards; complete supervised setups and first articles.
Days 31–60: Run independent jobs, refine offsets, and contribute ideas to improve cycle times.
Days 61–90: Lead complex setups for production runs and mentor peers on best practices.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; formal machining training or certification preferred.
Demonstrated experience as a CNC machinist (or equivalent manufacturing role).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation with confidence.
Strong command of CNC programming principles and machine operation.
Proficiency with precision measurement tools and inspection methods.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and methodical problem solver.
Self-directed yet collaborative; clear and professional communicator.
