Role focus
- Lead accurate CNC setups and swift changeovers across varied production runs.
- Optimize setups for precision, repeatability, and throughput.
- Blend in manual machining to support CNC operations and quick fixes.
- Continuously monitor machines; correct deviations with offsets and tooling updates.
- Perform routine maintenance and first-level troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with peers to enhance processes, safety, and efficiency.
- Uphold safety procedures and 5S standards for a clean, orderly environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Track record in CNC machine setup and changeover.
- Proven manual machining skills; comfortable with standard shop tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Detail orientation with an unwavering commitment to quality.
- Analytical problem-solver who works well independently.

- High school diploma or equivalent; machining/technical certification preferred.
