CNC Manufacturing Organizer & Detailer

West Chester, PA | Full-Time | Onsite

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour + Overtime

We’re looking for a CNC Manufacturing Detailer & Organizer who takes pride in maintaining an organized, efficient, and professional manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting production by ensuring our CNC equipment and workspaces remain clean, organized, inspection-ready, and operating at the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

Keep Our CNC Equipment Looking and Performing Its Best

  • Clean CNC machines using established company procedures and work instructions.
  • Wash, buff, wax, vacuum, and detail CNC equipment to maintain professional appearance.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of Swiss CNC, Mazak 5-Axis, and Integrex manufacturing cells.
  • Complete all detailing activities safely while minimizing disruption to production.

Support Equipment Readiness

  • Perform routine visual inspections of manufacturing equipment.
  • Identify and report equipment damage, cleanliness concerns, or maintenance issues.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve equipment appearance and workplace organization.

Create an Organized Manufacturing Environment

  • Organized and maintain manufacturing workspaces using company procedures and 5S principles.
  • Keep workbenches, maintenance closets, and office areas, blasting areas, and shared production spaces clean and organized.
  • Ensure tools, materials, and supplies are properly stored, labeled, and readily accessible.

Promote Safety & Quality

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment.
  • Follow all PPE requirements, safety policies, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or quality observations promptly.
  • Support Acero Precision’s commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

 

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in manufacturing, industrial production, facilities support, equipment detailing, automotive detailing, or a related hands-on environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely use common hand and power tools.

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Experience working in a CNC machining or precision manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience supporting medical device, aerospace, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing industries.
  • Experience performing routine equipment inspections and maintaining inspection documentation.
