How you’ll make an impact
Create, refine, and validate CNC programs for milling and turning operations
Leverage blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T to craft accurate toolpaths
Select tooling and set speeds/feeds to balance speed, surface finish, and tolerance
Partner with machinists, engineers, and production to standardize and improve processes
Diagnose programming and machining issues directly on the shop floor
Lead continuous improvement efforts with a focus on lowering cycle times
What you bring
3+ years programming CNC equipment in a machining environment
Expertise in milling, turning, and multi-axis concepts
Ability to read and apply GD&T
Hands-on machining experience (preferred)
Detail orientation and strong problem-solving skills
