The challenge
Own programming for turning and milling using Mastercam—from prototypes to production.
Set up and operate CNC machines to validate programs and hit tolerance on first articles.
Use CMM, micrometers, and bore gauges to verify features and apply GD&T correctly.
Maintain tooling health, support fabrication when needed, and champion shop safety and quality.

Accurate inspection results with full traceability to blueprint requirements.
Clear communication and teamwork across programming, machining, and quality.
Your background
3+ years programming with Mastercam (v19+).
Hands‑on CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
Expert blueprint reading, mechanical savvy, and GD&T understanding.
Comfortable with tooling setup, maintenance, and precision metrology.
Detail‑oriented, analytical, and collaborative.

$35–$45/hour DOE + second‑shift differential
