CNC Manufacturing Programmer & Multi‑Axis Machinist

Join us as a CNC Manufacturing Programmer & Multi‑Axis Machinist and own the full journey from CAD/CAM toolpaths to first‑article approval. You’ll split your time between programming, setting up, and running mills and lathes—optimizing processes to deliver quality parts on schedule.

A day in this role

• Review prints and models, confirm tolerances, and select the right tooling strategy.
• Build and refine CNC programs with CAD/CAM, post to the floor, and verify with test runs.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes; adjust offsets and feeds/speeds to hit spec.
• Measure with calipers, gauges, and other metrology tools; document results and correct deviations.
• Maintain setup sheets, tooling lists, and program archives for repeatability.
• Collaborate with engineering and support lean manufacturing initiatives to drive throughput and reduce waste.
• Pitch in with part estimating and, if experienced, assist with scheduling/production coordination.

What you bring

• Hands‑on CAD/CAM programming experience.
• Proven CNC milling and tooling setup skills; lathe experience strongly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong blueprint and GD&T interpretation.
• Problem‑solver with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Comfort working independently and within a fast‑paced team setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed.
