CNC Manufacturing Programmer & Precision Machinist

Morning starts on HUB Parkway in Valley View. You open a new print, translate GD&T into a plan, select tooling, and program Fanuc-driven CNC lathes from scratch. A quick first-article inspection on the CMM confirms the cut path. You document offsets, coach an operator on the run, and then pivot to troubleshoot a nonconforming part before lunch. By afternoon, you’re verifying final dimensions with micrometers and gauges, cleaning down your station, and prepping training notes for a new teammate.

What you’ll own

• Translate technical blueprints into efficient CNC programs and setups.
• Load raw material; choose and load the right cutting tools for each job.
• Adjust machine parameters to meet exact specifications and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot issues during manufacturing; correct nonconforming parts.
• Perform in‑process and final quality checks; document results.
• Operate CNC equipment as needed and oversee production runs.
• Maintain and clean machines; uphold safety and 5S standards.
• Train new team members on procedures and best practices.

Skills you bring

• CNC programming from scratch (G‑code/M‑code) and strong blueprint interpretation.
• Quality inspection expertise and fundamental computer skills.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of machining work.

Experience & knowledge

• High school diploma or GED.
• Professional background as a CNC Programmer.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve part nonconformance.
• Meticulous attention to detail and clear communication.
• Strong planning skills to meet deadlines.

Where your work shows up

Our components help hold up street lights, guide guardrail systems, move garage doors, and clamp with confidence. They travel by plane, lift in elevators, and roll on aluminum rims.

Schedule, location & pay

• Location: HUB Parkway, Valley View, OH.
• On‑site: 100% on‑site role.
• Hours: Open to first and into second shift, Monday–Friday; Saturday as needed.
• Compensation: $25–$35 per hour based on related knowledge and experience.
